On September 23, 2026, the Native American Rights Fund (NARF) filed an amicus curiae brief in the D.C. Circuit on behalf of the National Congress of American Indians and the Inter Tribal Association of Arizona, supporting the Tohono O’odham Nation’s effort to stop construction of a border wall section on its reservation.
